Inspect your order
Please remember that when the order arrives it is important to ensure that the shipping company has not damaged the product in transit. Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. Signing the delivery receipt without noting damage will nullify the insurance for the order and constitutes receipt of the order in good condition.

Return Policy
Please inspect your order upon receipt for damage and accuracy. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges if we are notified within 30 days of delivery. In order to expedite your return please complete the following steps:

1) You must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) by submitting a return request. click here to submit RGA request now, or call 1-877-801-8205. We cannot accept returns without an RGA#. All returns for defective merchandise or incorrectly shipped items will be returned at our expense.

2) All products must be returned in re-salable condition in original packaging with all parts and manuals to receive credit. Any products that have been installed cannot be returned. When we receive the merchandise you will be issued a credit or your replacement product(s) will be shipped.

Returns of non-defective products are subject to a restocking fee of 25% (Cabinet Hardware 30%) unless items are defective or incorrect. Freight charges will be deducted from items shipped free. Special orders can not be returned. When signing for your package, be sure to note any outside package damage to the driver. If there is package damage, open the package in front of the driver to inspect the contents before signing. Insurance will not cover packages damaged during shipment unless you inspect before signing..

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, DoorKnobDiscountCenter.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
